Dancing Feet is written by Lindsey Craig and illustrated by Marc Brown. The book is full of vivid and captivating pictures of animals and the text describes the sounds their feet make when they dance. The book is full of onomatopoeia and can be really engaging to young students. The book could be used in an elementary classroom during a unit about rhythm. The students could clap out the different sounds and inadvertently start to rhythmasize the words. The animals are very cute and children would enjoy looking at the pictures while the book is read.
