Piano is often a hard instrument to learn without a little
bit of fun included. Young Musician Plays Piano and Keyboards is a colored book
that is a great introductory book for anyone interested in learning to play
piano. Since this book does have text, it is more appropriate for ages 8 and
up. This books starts off introducing the keyboard as well as the keys to teaching
readers how to recognize two part piano parts. Furthermore, it transitions to a
section all about the keyboard family as well as composers and performers.
Overall, this book is a fun read for any musician interested on starting piano
or even interested in learning musical terms.
