Wolferl: The First Six Years in the Life of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
by Lisl Weil
This
biography is a fun of way of introducing who Mozart was to children by
describing him when he was a child. Mozart came from a family that loved music
very much and he was always listening to music. What is most impressive about Mozart
is that as soon as he was physically able to, he played music on the piano and
violin quite beautifully, and because of that he was allowed to perform all
over. The book ends by saying that as an adult many were jealous of Mozart, that
he had a short life, and that not many people attended his funeral but that
today people love his music very much. It is very cute introduction to mozart's music
and a very cute biography.
