Quinten Breach - Saxophones

One of the most recent additions to the modern band ensemble, the saxophone has been popular ever since its inception in the late 19th century. In this book titled by the instrument, the author, Sharon Sharth, capitalizes on creating a book focused towards a younger audience that could possibly look at beginning their musical career. Historical facts are found throughout the book as well, including the fact the inventor, Aldophe Sax, created five different saxophones (soprano, alto, tenor, bari and bass) to provide different timbres and textures to the band ensemble. In review, the shorter text is perfect for the students that are starting to explore their artistic potential, with this being more of a musical path.
