This book about the boy band One Direction, titled "Dare to Dream: Life As One Direction" explores each of the members lives individually. Each boy has his own section of the book and includes smaller subsections of topics semi-specific to them but also talks about how they each met each other and how they've become good friends and bandmates. There are plenty of pictures of the boys in a group or individually, ranging from all different points in their lives. I think this book would do better with students in late elementary school or early middle school. It's fairly big book with many paragraphs about the boys but easy enough to understand. I think biographical books are just as important to read because it helps kids get familiar with musicians and people who help contribute to music. This book specifically is good for younger students because it's relevant to today and they most likely know this group and the music they have made.
