This book takes children on the journey of learning how to draw what they want to draw. It encourages children who my become frustrated with drawing develop skills guiding them to where they want get. It shows them tools they can use to create the images they want to create. It also includes step by step examples to drawing certain things like animals, plants, snacks, seasonal images, landscapes, buildings, 3D objects, people, and facial expressions. These kinds of books are great for children who are beginning to read longer books with instructions. It’s a great tool that can be taken home for practice when the teacher isn’t around. Many children when beginning to draw on their own are curious about how to draw certain objects. There is a great satisfaction brought to children when someone can recognize what it is they drew. They gain confidence and encouragement to continue to draw and even create unique objects they imagine themselves.
